• Post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
• Post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify Let’sMeetUp immediately.

Let’sMeetUp reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its discretion for violations of these terms or any illegal or inappropriate activities.

a. Let’sMeetUp is not responsible for the actions or content posted by users. We will try our best to remove any malicious content and block the user from using it again.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
